Born from mother’s care
It all started in a small Zurich kitchen, filled with the chaotic joy of raising two toddlers. As a busy mother, the founder refused to compromise on what her growing family ate, yet finding the time to cook nutritious meals from scratch felt impossible.
Seeking a way to preserve food quality and save precious time, she began freezing her homemade, traditional borscht in convenient containers. Soon, friends noticed her clever solution and started ordering batches for themselves. What began as a personal kitchen lifesaver quickly sparked a bigger idea.
Today, Lunchtime has grown from that single cozy kitchen into a well-known delivery service in Zurich. The company brings authentic, comforting, and high-quality Russian food straight to homes and offices.
